  • We routinely offer sign on bonuses for a variety of positions. See our full list of current open positions here. Sign on bonus amounts and payouts vary. Please contact our hiring team to learn more.

  • We are currently looking for both part-time and full-time team members in all positions. Submit an application or give us a call to discuss your availability.

  • We currently operate passenger vans (12-15 people), executive shuttles (15-40 people), shuttle buses (24-45 people), transit buses (40+ people), luxury coaches (56 people) and are beginning to invest in electric vehicles.

  • TransWest CDL drivers are required to have a CDL Class A, B, or C with a passenger endorsement. If you do not have your CDL or passenger endorsement, we can help you with our paid CDL training program.

    Additionally, all drivers (CDL and non-CDL) must have a current/active DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one prior to start date.

    TransWest will help you obtain your DOT medical card if needed.

  • We occasionally offer paid CDL training. See our page on Paid CDL Training to learn more.

  • Our yards are located in Downtown Seattle, Everett, and Normal, Illinois.

    Our main service areas are across Seattle, Renton, Everett, and Normal, Illinois.

  • Drivers will operate a fixed route with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations for business passengers. No overnight travel is required. Shift availability varies by location.

  • All drivers must pass a pre-employment DOT drug test.

  • TransWest offers integrated mobility solutions including integrated transportation and parking services as well as professional services. We provide shuttle operations, charter shuttles, driver staffing, car services and one-time events as well as parking attendants, valet parking and parking management.
